We’ve made the move, the BUILD world headquarters has a new home! The Park Modern is a mixed use building of 10 condominiums, 2 town homes, and 3 commercial spaces in Seattle’s Ravenna neighborhood. The building will also include the PACHI hair salon and a great little café. As the architects and builders of the Park Modern it was also our first venture into the development world.
